Rice Street Apartments is a transformative mixed-use community located at the intersection of Rice and Umi Streets in the Līhu‘e Town Core. Developed through a partnership between Foulger-Pratt and Riverbend Management, this architecturally distinctive four-story building brings 66 units of high-quality, affordable workforce housing to the heart of Kaua‘i.
